Men's Soccer To Hold College Prep Camp

May 15, 2008

Butler men's soccer will hold a one day College Prep Camp on Saturday, July 26, for high school age boys' soccer players. The Butler Soccer Prep Camp gives players an opportunity to train and play in an environment that resembles the college soccer experience. There are limited spaces available for this camp and is limited to high school age players.

The objective for this camp is to afford the committed soccer player the opportunity to be trained and evaluated by the Butler coaching staff in a college training environment. It also allows players that are interested in Butler as their college choice to see the campus and meet the coaching staff.

The camp is set up as a day camp and does not include food or accommodations. However, the coaching staff can make hotel suggestions should they be needed.

The camp will begin with check-in at 8:30 a.m. with the first session starting at 9:00 a.m. The camp will consist of three sessions: 9:00 - 11:00 a.m., 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. The cost for this camp will be $100.00.

The camp staff will consist of the Butler University men's soccer coaching staff as well as other elite level coaches.
